Well, this was my first experience with the Fairfax Chocolate Festival - a place for sampling chocolate treats in various forms and to participate in judging of chocolate entries and bid on some of them in an auction. It is held every year about this time in Fairfax City, VA. This sample was put together by a group of third graders, from the Flint Hill School, showing multiple stadium areas. This was quite inventive.
The whole festival was kind of different for me. My grandson and my wife enjoyed their time there. I didn't participate in the eats since I am really trying to loose weight. I could have sampled something but I decided not to sample because of the need to loose as much as I can between now and the end of the month. Don't ask me why, it's just a goal of mine. I have been on a never ending plateau and I want off of it.
